Backup of the web server to the clouds
I ran into the following problem: we have several sites on VPS hosting (Agava operator). Managed by IpsManager. IspManager has the ability to configure backup of site files, databases, etc. At the moment, we are backing up to an ftp server on the same hosting. But I would like to make sure that backup copies are saved to some other server, not Agavovsky, for every fireman. And in principle, there is such a setting, you can set the data of any ftp server. But our backups take up gigabytes and buying another hosting to store them is somehow stressful.
I wanted to ask knowledgeable people if there are any mechanisms for setting up backup to one of the cloud storages, such as Dropbox, Skydrive, Yandex.Disk, etc.?
And another question: when setting up a backup, you can note what exactly to copy: system files, user data, mysql database, panel settings. It is clear that it is necessary to back up databases frequently. But what about system files and user data. And the sites themselves (i.e. site files) - what is it? User data? And does it make sense to back up system files and panel settings?

And what's the problem with setting up the same Dropbox on the server and adding backups there?
Here was an article from Selectel:
habrahabr.ru/company/selectel/blog/168249/
ISPmanager 5 has backup directly to Dropbox, Google Drive, Yandex and Amazon S3. This is not the case in version 4.
