Background video with sound?

Currently Chrome does not play video (video tag) without muted attribute.(
How to play video with sound after page load?

Background Video = Evil, ...OK
Background Video with Sound = Evil*2,. ..OK-OK
...but still how?

In general, no way.
It is possible only if the user has previously turned on the sound or somehow interacted with the domain.
