Background video on the site, how best to do it?

Can you please tell me what is the best option to make a background video for a website in the first screen? I don’t know at all what method to use. I did it
with the help of YouTube video and the jQuery mb.YTPlayer plugin , everything works well, it doesn’t really affect the loading of the site, but the client on the laptop had a moment when a list of other videos appeared for a while, although I set all the parameters for the plugin to hide everything that is not needed. The Tubular

Why do you need a YouTube video? You can have it too, of course. But in this case, I would use the html player. Look, here I posted the full-width video. Perhaps this option will work for you.
