Hello. Please tell me, if the backend of a blog for a startup where content is published was written on dot net, and for the rapid development of the prototype itself it is planned to hire Ruby on Rails Dev, will it be a problem to combine them under one domain?

I don't know what kind of webserver you have. But if for example nginx, then there are no problems. Set up locations for different paths and that's it.
