AWS Account Verification

- registered, indicated VISA data
- passed phone verification

In the AWS Console, it says that in a couple of minutes or hours a letter will come and you can start using the necessary services. There hasn’t been a letter for 5 days already… did he step somewhere or missed something, or is this normal?
