Average time to develop a site on Bitrix?

Good evening!
I am interested in such a question - how much time will it take to develop a site on 1C-Bitrix for the following types of sites:
- Typical corporate website (main, news, users, comments, static pages, etc.)
- Typical online store (with standard functionality)
By development, I mean stretching the finished layout and adding the necessary functionality.
I understand that all sites are different, and the duration of development depends on the qualifications of the programmer. etc., but I would like to know a very average surebet.
I ask because we want to start developing sites on this platform. Now we are coding projects on frameworks (yii, laravel), and it is at least not reasonable to make simple corporate sites or typical IMs on them.
