What is the problem with Drupal hosting?

I've been fighting with Drupal on hosting for a week now (on hosting PHP 7, MySQL 5.6.30, set Unicode encoding utf8mb4 in phpmyadmin) and I get the following errors during installation:
- Your MySQL server and PHP MySQL driver must support utf8mb4 encoding. Make sure you are using a supported database (MySQL/MariaDB/Percona version 5.5.3 and up) and that utf8mb4 encoding support is enabled. See the MySQL documentation for more information.
- Version 5.1.72 of the libmysqlclient driver is less than the minimum supported. Update libmysqlclient to version 5.5.3 or higher, or you can switch the driver to MySQLnd version 5.0.9 or higher.
What is libmysqlclient? And how to fix it all? just got tired of it.
