AutoScale in full screen mode. How to activate?

The bottom line is...
The body is set to win-width:980px In
the viewport, the following parameters are: width=980, maximum-scale=1
adjusted by decreasing the scale.
Everything is fine, but there is one thing:
if you open the site in full screen mode, then autofit to scale does not work and has a value of 1. Is there any way to fix this?
