Autosave data from smartphone?

Good afternoon. Today there is a need to send photos / videos / notes (possibly other data) from a smartphone to your server. Yes, to your web server. I don’t trust Google cloud and the like (yeah, paranoia). Ideally, I would like to install an application (preferably open source), specify my server there to send data to (fortunately, I can raise and configure the server myself :) ), specify how often to send information (for example, once a week) , and from which folders to take data (for example, from a folder with screenshots). If there is such software, I will be glad to see links to it. Thanks in advance to everyone who answers.

And one more thing - anticipating answers like "viruses will start writing", I will answer right away - no, I will not do anything like that. The fact is that information is stored on my phone that it is undesirable to merge to third-party servers (like Google). That's all.
