autopep8 VS code not working when using WSL?

I use Python from the Ubuntu console (I turned on the Linux subsystem in Windows and downloaded it from the store, it’s probably more correct to say the Bash console), version is 3.7.4.
VisualStudioCode in the interpreters gives a choice of those installed via the installer on Windows.
In the autopep8(.pep8) settings, I specified the path to the interpreter installed via ubuntu.
VisualStudioCode when using WSL (if you don't know - I run pipenv shell and after code .) sees my python installed via ubuntu.
Everything works without SWL, but on the python it is installed through Windows, it is 3.7.2
