Hello. The question is. I live in Gomel (Belarus), I develop custom websites, mainly for Gomel and Minsk clients. I work as an IP. In the work appeared a simple growth. That is, there are orders, work is being done, but the business is not developing in any way and is not expanding in any way. When I deal with paper issues and approvals, there is little time left to complete the work. In order not to let customers down, you have to sacrifice the number of orders. When I am engaged in the execution of work, the organizational part goes sideways. Sometimes you want to rest.
I decided to work out for myself the following scheme for developing sites. I found some people who are ready to work and can do it, and decided to work on the following financial terms. Each new order is given to a person or team (performer). The number of people depends on the complexity of the project. 60% payment to performers, 20% for business development and org. Questions, 10% taxes, etc. Payments to individual entrepreneurs (I apply the simplified tax system), 10% to charge myself a salary. Issue dates. Work is calculated on the basis of an 8-hour working day.
I want to automate the process of setting work and checking it, working with a client from lead to order, calculating how much to pay at the end of the month. Preferably one service. Because after some time and the n-th number of orders, you can kill yourself manually. Problval bitrix24, megaplan., amoCrm, etc. It seems to work well, but the item with automatic accounting of finances is a problem. It would be desirable that when the client is found and the order is. Enter the parameters of the client and orders once, specify the contractor. After the work was completed after the status was set to paid, the system itself divided the remuneration into other parameters into the contractor's account. And at the end of the memorial, I had a list of who to distribute and how much, how much to put in for myself. In the event of a failure by the executor of the deadlines, the accrual of costs and so on.
I heard something similar, but epam has it much better and they wrote for themselves with the addition of their own specifics.
I ask you not to offer an accountant, as the budget is small, and now hands are needed more for development. It’s not possible to write a bicycle yourself at the current stage, this is the time and why reinvent the wheel if you already have it.
It would be desirable, that it was one service. If there are several, so that they closely interact with each other. And also so that the part responsible for project management can integrate with google calendar and upload cases, meetings and tasks there, so that all personal days are in one place.
