Automatic update of DNS record pointing to external IP of home server?

Tell me, are there any standard ways to automatically update your external dynamic IP in DNS records, which would preferably still work with Yandex DNS hosting?
Server is Ubuntu.

If you want free, then DynDNS. A large number of routers work with them and there are clients for all popular operating systems. If it's paid, isn't it easier to buy a static IP?

yandex provides its API for such purposes: api.yandex.ru/pdd/doc/api-pdd/reference/api-dns.xml
you can find out your external address like this: automation.whatismyip.com/n09230945.asp
or like this: checkip.dyndns.com/
or like this: checkip.zerigo.com/
"thousands of them" (c)
Well, then you need a bash script (as an option), which will perform two actions: get the current address, set the address on Yandex . And by crown, for example, call it.
