There are many hours of video, you need to make subtitles. Video in English. How to do it easier?

youtube seems to be able to, but it turns out you need to upload all this video there (approximately 30 GB). And it is not clear whether these subtitles can be downloaded from there later.

Drop the idea (or hire a student freelancer for recognition). The quality of automatic subtitles is such that it usually resembles incoherent nonsense.
