There is a task to send notifications to users on their contacts.
Most of the notification options are implemented through the corresponding APIs without any questions.
The turn came to Skype - they could not find anything suitable.
We made a temporary option using https://web.skype.com, but it works rather crookedly and is not stable.
Actually I'm looking for an option to automatically send messages to users.
It is possible through the API, it is possible through console applications, etc.
