The easiest way is this: the main post on LiveJournal, on Twi and FB is broadcast automatically (in the account on the Advanced tab: www.livejournal.com/manage/settings/?cat=extensions ), you need to link your accounts.

For VK, you will definitely have to write it yourself, because. only recently have they implemented a normal authorization protocol (with access at any time without user confirmation, which is what you want). Well, about LiveJournal - it seems that they do not have any api for such actions, therefore - this is only an independent development (emulation of user actions). I haven’t seen solutions ready for LJ in the network
