Automatic login of users who are created for remote control

The first user is local and does not have a password, logs in automatically without any settings.
The second user is created with a password and local login disabled. (Logging in via "remote desktop")
How to log in both users when the computer is turned on, and leave 2 users available only for remote access/management?
Z.Y. Windows 7 with a patch that allows you to use your computer as a terminal.

If I understand you correctly, then everything is very simple:
1) Download portableRDP5;
2) Create a connection file using this utility, saving the password;
3) Put the resulting file into autoload.
4) If necessary, you can add a script that will kill all mstsc.exe processes in 20 seconds after being turned on.
Thus, for any number of users you can log in.
