In general, there is a fleet of computers running Windows / Mac OS X.

You need to have something like your own internal dropbox. To have folders that would be automatically synchronized with the cloud.

There is an FTP server.

Perhaps there is some software that performs automatic FTP synchronization?

PS: Do not offer to buy cloud dropboxes, yadisks, etc. It would be desirable the decision and to store the data at itself.

As I understand it, the author needs a software whose demon (service) monitors the directory (folder) and immediately performs the necessary actions when changing files (sends via FTP).
Anyway, I'm looking for one myself.

lftp can be used for ftp synchronization.
The command turns out like this - lftp -e "mirror -R --delete --only-newer /path/to/data" -u login,pass 127.0.0.1

Look towards cyberduck.ch there is an option to sync folders. In addition, there are just versions for MAC and WIN
