Autodiscover tool and boot from iso?

Good afternoon. Interested in whether there is a tool that allows you to upload several ISOs to a special directory on a USB flash drive, and then, when booting from this USB flash drive, choose which iso to boot into.
I think it may be some kind of modified grub2 or an initramfs specially tailored for this.
Support for images with Windows is not required, but would be a plus.
