Autocomplete html at public entry point - is it Sources Root?

The entry point to the public, there are css, js, images folders in the same place, but when you start entering the css / bla-bla-bla path in the html code, the storm does not offer auto-complete, for this I mark the folder in the storm as Sources Root (blue color) and autocomplete starts working.
Am I doing it right?
