Auto-wrap text in phpstorm, how to set it up?

Is it possible to auto-wrap text in phpstorm so that if the text reaches this line (screenshot below), it will automatically wrap?

Look in the settings for soft wrap and specify the file types for which it is needed.
Either View -> ActiveEditor -> soft wrap
