Auto transfer activity to another Unity window (Ubuntu 12.04)?

Hello!
Let me explain what I mean. Previously worked on Ubuntu 10.10. There respectively was Gnome.
While programming, I debug the program in the browser. Accordingly, when the program reaches a breakpoint inside, the code editor (IDE) should automatically open and become the active window. In Ubuntu 10.10 this worked.
In 12.04 the behavior is different. At the moment when I expect the IDE to become active, the transition to the window with the IDE does not occur. I stay in the browser and the IDE icon in the launcher starts to vibrate. This is inconvenient, because at least you need to switch to the window using Alt + Tab, and in addition it happens that you don’t even notice how the IDE starts to vibrate.
It seems like I noticed the same behavior for some other programs. When you instinctively expect the appearance of her window, but instead she just “vibrates” in the launcher.
Does anyone know how this is treated?
