Auto run macro on file save?

Hello everyone ... Is it possible to do something so that when saving a file (any and from any program), a random name is immediately substituted for this file ..... I just often use "scissors" and each time I have to enter something in the name. Whether it is possible to automate this business in general and if yes that as? maybe there is a need to edit the registry or something else ..

You need to run a program in the background that would monitor the appearance of the save dialog box and write randomly generated text in the file name field.
Alternatively, you can use AutoIt to write such a script.
