Cryptocurrency is, by definition, a way to 'do everything yourself and not depend on anyone'.
You install a library for working with the selected cryptocurrency (most likely, but not necessarily, you will need to install the appropriate blockchain application and download the blockchain) and use it to do what you need, generate addresses, store and manage private keys, monitor incoming and create outgoing transactions.
ps top cryptocurrency exchanges offer api for this, for example, binance and coinbase offer this (the latter is not available in Russia)
