Auto import of data into DBMS (Oracle or MS SQL)

Hello everyone, and with the upcoming / upcoming ones! :)

Plz tell me the simplest way to automatically import text data of a rigid structure as records in a DBMS (Oracle or MS SQL). The data is now generated in text files on a network drive, but I would like to automatically receive them in the DBMS for further analysis.

All databases I know have imports from csv

Even if not, you can always use the Oracle development environment , there is a convenient import / export wizard in which you can configure many additional options, incl. and automatic.
