Auto draw image frame on wordpress site?

Hello. There is a drawn frame that needs to be inserted into all places on the site where there are pictures. This also applies to the page with news announcements.

Question - how can I display a pre-drawn frame around images?

I would split the frame into the following blocks: top, bottom, right, left, and corners.
Then I loaded the picture into a div that has 4 children (these are corners), they will be with absolute positioning relative to the parent. And I set the sides with nested background-images for the main div.
