Authorization through Loginza using various services: Vkontakte, facebook, etc.?

Good afternoon!
When logging in via loginza, if I log in using various services: Contact, facebook, etc., we have several local users. (unless, of course, I understood everything correctly)))
There is a wild desire to bind different methods of authorization on the site to one local user.
What are some ideas about this?

Allow the user in the account settings to link several OpenID providers per account.
It is registered at the first login through any, and then it binds the rest itself.

Make a regular registration and promise advanced features to registered users.
And for those who log in from the login, do not create any profile at all, just give them the opportunity to comment.
I don’t see any other way out, maybe someone smarter will tell you).

It is possible to issue a permanent cookie to all users when they first visit the site, and when logging in via OpenID, link accounts using this cookie.
