Author Incentive Program for Blog: Your Ideas?

Now I am running a small blog with a target audience in one city, the subject is Apple and its products. The blog exists to support the store, both online and offline. Now we have decided to expand not to 1 city but to the country, so it's time to move the blog to another level.
An idea came to my mind: Encourage the authors of articles at the rate of 1 to 10 rubles per plus for the article, but maybe you will offer an idea that is much more interesting :)

I would suggest that you create a competition for the best article of the month
. As a prize, what you sell in your store, i.e. Apple products.
For starters, it seems to me that the iPod shuffle 2Gb (of course, 4 generations) will do.
Then the authors will strive to write for quality, and not blur the article with water or make 10 uninteresting ones.

I have a much more interesting idea: attract a few students and pay for the number of characters.

Too little, taking into account the fact that the block is small, it’s hard to gain pluses, and it’s not interesting to write for a trifle.
