Attached Sprite to UI Image not visible in Scene window?

When I attach a Sprite to an Image, it is not visible in the Scene, only in the Game window, and it is not convenient to work later, because when I attach all the sprites to an Image, nothing remains in the scene. In addition, the Anchors outline and points are not visible in the scene and, accordingly, I cannot adjust the Image size using Anchors. What to do?

Apparently you are doing this through the Windows console, and in it there are problems with the encoding of the composer and similar tools.
Grab git-bash and run from it
