Attach a file to the Bitrix 24 live feed?

It is not possible to attach a file to a message in the live feed of Bitrix 24.
Neither dragging a file nor assigning it through the explorer works. After pressing the OK button, nothing happens at all. Just an empty field. There is not even a hint of a download.
Use via browser. OS Linux Mint 18
