At what frequency does the RAM work?

In AIDA64, there are 3 different indicators in the information about RAM. Who to believe?

usually when you start the computer, it writes at what frequency the RAM is running. Probably works on 400 MHz

AIDA shows you information from SPD, all available timings and speeds. Whether it is possible to find out the current speed in it - I do not know. Surely you can, but apparently not in the section in which you are looking.
