Routers do not reboot once a day (otherwise their flash memory will die) - they have a client ip lease time in the DHCP server settings, usually short, but it is advisable to increase it by a week or more so as not to often rebuild routes.
Apparently, the computer cannot update routes from the router, the Link Layer Topology Discovery (lltd) protocol may be disabled in the network (wi-Fi takes into account breaks, alerts over Beacon Interval, so there is no such thing), if DNS reset ipconfig /flushdns или netsh winsock resetdoes not help,
then it is better to specify a static ip for the cable: in the DHCP settings of the router for each network, specify a permanent internal IP (so that Lan does not disappear), in the computer settings - the specified IP / mask / gateway of the router, respectively.
Approximately similar happens: the Internet freezes for 2~5min a couple of times a day to get an external IP because the DHCP autoconfiguration of [specifically my] provider is updated in 12h (43200sec - lease time), tk. its available subnet has only ~7k. IPv4 addresses, here it proxies and combines as best it can. Previously, the network once every 2-3 .. 6 months tightly disappears from 2 hours to noon, until the routes are configured and he figured it out himself.

Another option, if the connection allows, is to register the definition of DNS names on the router not from the provider, because. sometimes it is buggy, and through it directly to NextDNS, AdguardDNS or Yandex 77.88.8.7 (it will slightly increase the resolving time + 50ms and make internal subnets inaccessible, if any, but it will cut out ads).
