Asus zenfone max pro m1 does not turn on, are there wizards here?

The question is this: the phone has fallen, the charge is eating (in the off state, 1 ampere hawala)
is loaded to the logo and turned off. Tried to flash - to no avail.
The problem is clearly with the board. if there are masters, please be so kind as to help with advice please.
I don’t want to go to the service - I’m trying by self-study, through trial and error, to learn how to repair something like that, but experience and skill are still not enough

Do you have equipment for desoldering, reballing and replacing BGA chips? microscope, stencils, soldering station?
at home, the simplest thing is to buy a new board for analysis and replace it in the phone, and then there are situations when even disassembling and assembling the phone is a whole adventure

Probably some chip fell off, in the sense of several legs lost contact.
