Hello, is there a web interface for listening to certain numbers.
There are employees who have the right to listen to calls. Each of them has its own set of numbers. May or may not repeat.
Preferably open source or free.

FreePBX can.
In general, at first it is better to transcode some kind of mp3, because wav records weigh a lot.
And then samopis, there is nothing difficult in general.

I have configured FTP access to the directory where the records were stored for whoever needs it, without self-written interfaces.
