Why doesn't Asterisk view and call accounting work?

I did the setup for accounting calls according to the manual on the network: click-click , the one that is shown in paragraph 11. Set up - made a call - went to the web face, checked, there is a record in the details. Loaded the server - made a call - went to the web face, there was no record that the call was there. Made a couple more calls - no detail.
I went into the default master.csv where all calls are displayed. I went into MySQL in the Asterisk database in cdr, there are no new records there, except for the first call (before rebooting which). Therefore, calls are not written to the database.
How to check why? There are no autoruns that would need to be raised at system startup. So why have the entries stopped being made, can you somehow check the scientific method using some logs?

Check out Connecting Asterisk to MySQL via ODBC Driver or MySQL ODBC Configuration Example
If you don't need ODBC features, then I think it's better to write CDRs using the cdr_mysql module (/etc/asterisk/cdr_mysql.conf).
Most probably not. Or not yet. In any case, try using cdr_mysql for now. If you do not have enough of its functionality, then set up ODBC and use it. cdr_mysql
