Good afternoon!
Phones in the office stopped working.
All telephony is implemented through Asterisk.
Previously, when the boss was called on the phone and he did not pick it up after 3 rings, the call was switched to phones in the office.
Now this has stopped working.
I'm not a system administrator, but I have access to the settings, if necessary, I can show.
The server on freeBSD, on it asterisk, all settings through the console.

IMHO, if there is no one to serve this junk, then it's easier to demolish the OS and install some distribution kit with a GUI. For basic functionality, there is nothing complicated there.

Read first asterisk-pbx.ru/wiki/asterisk
If you understand, then do it. If not, install freepbx, the setup is easier in it.
