Asterisk, how to return own SIP code if the client does not answer?

I understand that the question will seem strange, nevertheless, a non-trivial task has arisen.
In asterisk, you need to return the SIP code 487 if the client does not answer the call, I can’t find anywhere in the documentation how to do this, and is this even possible? Return own SIP code ?
Example, if I get a 603 error do I remap and return 503 ?
Thanks in advance.

@slava_ch

The question is really strange, try using timeouts on the server, what difference does it make who ends the call. And do not try to work on the network bypassing the RFC.
