Asterisk CDR how to bind calls?

Good day.
Calls to the PBX are received through the generated call files, so it is impossible to track the status of a particular call.
Before generating a call file, the number and date of creation are recorded in a separate database.
At the end of the conversation, I get the call file back.
Actually, the task is to link the state of the call that was registered in the first database and the data that is stored in the FPBX CDR.
Please tell me any ideas.

add a line to the callfile
where id_call is a unique identifier
