Asterisk and recording for IVR
Hello comrades. I inherited an already configured Asterisk, and I still had practically nothing to do with it. I found where this is done in the web interface, they drive in the number of their extension, I call * 77 and the call fails (even the dialed characters disappear). Tried with two phones - one fig. What could it be? I tried to record through * 99 *, but there the voice is strangely recorded along the length, then at the 5th second it will be cut off, then at the 13th. Please help me figure out what's wrong.
