Asterisk 13 + Monast, how to set up?

I have Asterisk 13 with FreePBX 14 (original build on SentOS 7), I'm trying to install Monast for the whole thing. Everything is fine, I set up access settings in asterisk and monast, but after starting the service, when I open the address localhost/monast/index.php, I see a white screen... Maybe someone has encountered a similar problem?
