Assistance of a lawyer in drawing up a contract for the development of the site

We are looking for a lawyer to work on the contract. We are talking about the development of a large web-project, we need a competent specialist.

Please advise where to look for such a person. Does it make sense to use legal online consultations?

Doesn't have.

I would advise you all the same not to use online consultations, but to contact a normal legal (lawyer) office to an intelligent specialist, it will be more reliable and more convenient for you. Since your project is large, there may be many legal subtleties that can only be solved when communicating with a specialist live.
IMHO, but online legal aid is far from the best option.

Where to look? What kind of response are you expecting? Search among friends. Search in offices providing similar services.

Just signed another contract + a bunch of applications in an abbreviated form. He ate a pack of dogs on capricious, incompetent, redneck, stupid, impudent customers.
If the contract is still valid, then throw off your skype
