AspXSheduler. Questions about the functionality of the DXperience component?

Due to the not very rich documentation on the DevExpress site, I had questions about the functionality of the ASPxSheduler component.
1. As I understand it, the MonthView in the component is not quite the view of the month. How can (if possible) reconfigure this view so that it shows exactly the month - from the first to the last day?
2. I am not very satisfied with the plate above the field of the day of the month. Is it possible to remove it and enter the number itself in the corner of the field, as is implemented in many implementations of calendars (Yandex, Google, for example)?
3. The component does not have a view to show the year. Is there any way I can reconfigure a view or create my own?
I use DXperience 12.1, which I don't have much experience with yet.
