Asp.net Response.Redirect and Cyrillic domains in the rf zone?

It's strange, but if you call Response.Redirect(url) in asp.net, and the url contains a Cyrillic domain, then the redirect will not happen, the Cyrillic characters are converted to %xx codes
Question: how to overcome it?
