ASP.NET MVC practice?

I just teach, study and get acquainted with programming. tell me where you can find a lot of practice in this language for a beginner to learn.

The question is not very clear. Practice is the solution of practical problems. You need to sit down and write code.
From the books I can recommend Programming Microsoft ASP.NET MVC, 3rd Edition by Esposito. The author's reputation speaks for itself.
