ASP.NET Core how to connect existing postgresql db?

, which I used before when working through Visual Studio. Now I use it in VS Code (there is no option to install a regular VS) and there is no Package Manager Console through which I connected the existing database.

The EF Core / Npgsql packages themselves are included.

Maybe you don't need to use the console, but is there another more obvious option?
