ASP MVC is not submitting data from a form, what could be wrong?

Good afternoon!
When you click on the Save (submit) button of the form, the form data is not sent. I don't understand what is wrong.

I tried to watch the send data through Chrome - and I see that nothing is being sent. How can this be and how to fix it?

It's hard to tell from your pictures. so far I see only one obvious error: disabled fields are not sent to the server, only readonly. otherwise I would like to see the request parameters sent to the server and the response from the server.
