As a legal person to work with github?

There is a task to set up a closed corporate github account for developers.
Does github have a contract to use its service?
If not, how to explain the cost of the github service in accounting?
Well, in general, I’m not very strong in accounting and IT law, I would like to understand how work with such services works in general.

Paying for bourgeois services is a pain for the Russian accounting department. Especially if there is no representative office in the Russian Federation of this service, which will be able to prepare closing documents.
Usually the most direct way is to write out a bonus to an employee, officially drive it through the accounting department, pay it out and buy everything your heart desires from it as private traders.

I worked for one American company, if anything, there is a turnover of millions of bucks. The git account was bought simply for some hell of a card, for the account of those users. Why create artificial hemorrhoids for yourself. Moreover, the sums for the act are not horses there. What prevents you from doing the same.

As for the issue of reflecting these costs in accounting, you need to get (apparently by printing from the site) the text of the contract for the provision of services ( offer), confirming the fact of the provision of services, the period of provision and the price of services, a document (invoice, bill, etc.) - clause 1 of Art. 9 of the Law "On Accounting".
If these documents are drawn up in a foreign language, they will need to be translated (clause 9 of the Regulation on Accounting and Accounting in the Russian Federation, approved by Order of the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation of July 29, 1998 N 34n).
