Artifacts after installing RAM, what to do?

Notebook Asus x550lc
Screen 15.6" (1366x768) HD LED, glossy / Intel Core i3-4010U (1.7 GHz) / RAM DDR3 1600 MHz 1.5v SDRAM / HDD 500 GB / nVidia GeForce GT 720M, 2 GB / kingston 120g
SSD installed instead of drive , foolishly trusted the left site and did not check on the official site what RAM is in the laptop and bought DDR3l 1600 MHz 1.35v installed in the laptop, immediately went into the BIOS, the system sees everything is fine, after I already entered the system and after 5-10 artifacts come out for minutes, here's the video, tell me if it's possible to come up with something, such as change the voltage or something.

First of all, take out your native memory and run Memtest for a new bar, if it goes well, add your native one and repeat the test to eliminate the conflict of bars. Well, in the question it would be worthwhile to indicate the exact models of the RAM, and not the general "DDR3l 1600 MHz". According to the description, everything looks like the memory is broken, and since by default the laptop starts on the built-in video card, which just uses the RAM, you get artifacts. In theory, they will go away if you switch to a discrete vidyahu, but this is not a solution. In general, we need test results and models of all slats. The probability that the problem is in the voltage is extremely low.

If the problem is not in the banks of the memory itself (passed memtest), you can try to reduce the memory frequency to 1333, this often helps when the processor does not support top frequencies or brackets from different manufacturers.
