Arrange rhombuses in the right coordinates, focusing on virtual coordinates?

I have a collection of diamonds that have coordinates like {x: 0, y: 0} or {x: 3, y: -2} and so on.

The dimensions (diagonals) of the rhombus are 130 by 84.
