Arkanoid in Javascript, how to draw a picture?

I am writing an arkanoid game, I had an idea to make a picture with a congratulation and a character come out after the victory, but alert does not work with images.
What other output options are there?
I’ll say right away that I googled, but due to the fact that I just started learning JS, I don’t understand a lot

You don't need an alert, but a div with some content. Put what your heart desires there, set metrics and you will be happy.
