Are you using the 960gs framework?
On the web, until now, I very often meet "live" active resources with a fixed 960 or 1180 layout in the center, while at every step everyone "shouts" about adaptability, etc. Tell me how relevant this year is this framework? Are there cases when a site does not need adaptability?

Many corporate clients say they don't need an adaptive.
And it is quite logical that in a cafe from a smartphone, few people will order pumps in bulk, or choose a suburban area for themselves.
Therefore, for some projects it is quite suitable.
Not relevant at all. If you DO NOT need: adaptability, satisfied users and high positions in search engines - use this framework
There are. Sometimes you need to display such a huge table that no amount of adaptability will help. Is it possible to use overflow: scroll
Somewhere adaptability is not needed, somewhere not. It all depends on the idea, goals and objectives. And the functionality that will be implemented in the mobile version. Some of our clients ask us to make a mobile layout. And we try to cut out the functionality of the "big" version to a minimum.
In any case, this is still a nice bonus that brings loot.
